To make sure nothing gets between you and your next Zumba party, shimmy and shake, we’ve put together step-by-step guides and FAQs to get you booked in and ready to dance!
HOW TO VIDEO TUTORIALS
Below I walk through some on mobile the most common actions, it is the same for web based bookings.
Booking a drop in class
Scroll down the page to find the class you want to book.
Tap on the class you wish to book
To book a single, drop-in class click select.
To finish the booking, click ‘View selections.
Click Book now.
Enter your email address. Tap continue.
If you have an account enter your password.
If this is your first time using the app, enter your details. Agree to the privacy policy. Then tap continue.
Click Proceed to payment. Select payment method, enter the details then click pay.
How to buy a 5-class pass
Click on the passes tab.
Tap on ‘select’ to purchase a pass.
Once you’ve done this, click on schedule to book a class.
Now you have a class pass in your basket, you can use it to book up to 5 classes with each pass.
Scroll down the page to find the class you want to book.
Tap on the class you wish to book
To book a place with your pass, click select.
If you only want to book one class for now, click on ‘view selections’ then ‘book now’.
Enter your email address. Tap continue
If you have an account enter your password.
If this is your first time using the app, enter your details. Agree to the privacy policy. Then tap continue.
Click Proceed to payment. Select payment method, enter the details then click pay.
How to book a class if you already have a Class Pass
Tap on the class you want to book.
To book a place tap select.
Then tap ‘View selections’.
tap Book now.
Enter your email address which you used to purchase the class pass. Tap continue.
enter your password.
Then the system will automatically deduct the classes from your pass.
How access your account/ bookings
How to transfer a booking
Up to 24 hours before a class, you are able to transfer the booking to another class if you are unable to attend.
1.Go to bookwhen.com/fitnesswithmatt
2. Click on Log in.
3. Enter in your log in details and click ‘log in’.
4. Click on the account icon. Then Click Customer portal.
5. Under the ‘upcoming’ tab you will see your bookings. Under the booking you wish to change, click Manage.
6. Select Transfer Ticket.
7. Scroll down the schedule and select the class you wish to attend instead.
8. Click Select
9. On the confirmation page, click confirm.
Please note if this option is not available it is because it is less than 24 hours before the start time of the class.
FAQ'S
Do I have to book all 5 classes with my pass when I purchase it?
No. You can have a pass and not book any classes. When you come to book your classes, when you log in with the same details/ account you purchased with, the system will automatically deduct the class(es) from your pass.
Can I book for one more person?
Yes. You can book for up to 4 people. You can also multi book using your 5-class pass.
How long do I have to use a class pass?
You have 8 weeks to use all 5 classes on your pass.
How do I get a refund?
Classes are all transferable when bookings are cancelled 24 hours before the start of the class. After this, you wont be able to transfer/ get a refund.
Can I still book in person?
Yes. You can still book in person at a class using contactless/ card payments. Some classes (namely Groby) it is advisable to book in advance as this class regularly sells out.
