ZUMBA® CLASSES

Zumba with Matt feels like a party, packed with music you can't help but want to move to, we call it exercise in disguise. Dance like no one is watching!

Suitable for all ages and abilities.

FITNESS PILATES

This class is a perfect escape from our hectic and fast-paced lives. A chance to breath and move mindfully.

Based upon the traditions of Joseph Pilates, this class is a modern interpretation of Pilates which focuses on posture, muscular strength and balance, core strength and improving movement in all aspects of life. There is also some relaxation and breath work to help calm the nervous system.

FREESTYLE CLASSES

It's fun to keep things fresh, exciting and challenging so I teach a variety of freestyle classes such as Legs, Bums and Tums, Ab Blast, Old School Aerobics, Activate using resistance bands and many more.

As with everything I do, I make the classes fun, engaging and effective. If you enjoy something you're far more likely to stick at it!
